MANAMA: The Covid-19 pandemic has led to an increasing number of investors including the arbitration clause in contracts, the head of a Bahrain-based regional arbitration body has said. Nasser Al Mogahwi, the acting secretary general of the Gulf Cooperation Council Commercial Arbitration Centre (GCCCAC) said this is due to the many advantages of arbitration, such as the speed of resolution, confidentiality and the laws that are applied during the process of resolving the disputes.
